A visual identity project for California Department of Transportation, creating a series of logos representing seven iconic Bay Area bridges for an employee recognition event.
Each bridge needed a distinct identity, yet all designs had to work cohesively across different applications, from helmets to t-shirts , while remaining visible in varying weather and lighting conditions.

This project wasn’t just about logos. It was about visibility, durability, and meaning. Designs needed to be bold enough to stand out in real-world environments, not just on a screen.
I designed a series of logos that capture the essence of each bridge through simplified forms and thoughtful design choices.

The final designs were implemented across T-shirts, helmets, and stickers, demonstrating strong scalability and consistency across various physical applications. The project attracted significant attention and was recognized by stakeholders as exceeding expectations, highlighting the effectiveness of the visual system and its real-world impact.
