What surprised me most was that users didn’t just want jobs. They wanted a way to prove themselves.
I designed a platform where companies post real-world project simulations instead of static job listings.Users complete tasks, demonstrate their skills, and get evaluated based on performance and not just their resume.

The concept shifts hiring from credentials to capability, giving users a more active role in their career journey.
